Second visit getting my pedicure done by Lisa, she’s so patient and does such a wonderful job I just love her pedicures … decided to do acrylic gels on my short nails and Tony did a beautiful job! He’s also very patient with with work and does such a nice job cleaning up the cuticles and making the hands more attractive

This is the place I visited when I cam to Vancouver for the first time. In that sense, when I noticed people having a great time there, it always puts a smile on my face. This time, although it was quite busy as usual but my friends and I were seated promptly. Friendly server whose service was simply a top-notch. This place's got everything: a great atmosphere, something different from other run of the mill restaurants in town and also more importantly great food! Hands down great food eats here but long waits and your entire party needs to be present or they will not seat you, fair enough. I have been a few times now and all the food is very good and you have to start with one of their wonderful waffles and share your topping with the rest of your table to enjoy the different flavours. I would like to thank two wonderful ladies,Jordanka from the 5th floor, and Cindy from Levi's on the 6th floor, who went extra mile to find my bag with expensive items that I lost in the store this boxing day. Both of them were not only sympathetic to my problem, but also proactive in efforts to help me. I was in distress but thanks to their actions, my bag was found and they saved the birthday present that I bought for my friend.
