Shaun Chartrand is a hands on owner who trains his staff well, both in product knowledgeand customer service. My 13 year old son and I went to One Board Shop a couple of days ago. We were very impressed of the knowledgeable staff and the care they took with my son. We were in to buy a snowboard, boots and bindings for the upcoming season and they really took the time with my son. He had saved up for half of the purchase and they were very cognizant of this, but also made sure that he received the best for his budget.
