Stay away from this place!

If I could give a zero stars I would ! Worst storage I’ve ever ever dealt with and I’ve been with a few . The hours are horrible , the owner is rude and whoever “guards” the gate is super creepy . He’s just in for the money and nothing else . My storage unit got a bunch of snow in it and it ruined a bunch for boxes , and everything was all of a sudden covered in dirt ! Within a month of me going there to grab some stuff , some everything was so dirty ! I would write more but I can’t apparently .

Very kind and accommodating staff. The thing that i liked the most in my tenure was about their helpline. They never said no to any of my problem. They were always available anytime.

Very kind and accommodating. Gave me a great rate. She was very flexible for rental. Was in between provinces with too much stuff to fit in a room while I was looking for a permanent apartment so I could bring all my stuff from my other storage in another province. The hours for me were okay but I suppose it might be a little harder for some other folks. They are a family business I think but not sure.

helpful staff and nice facility they are strict about how to run their business but what can one day when you have people who wanna leave their junk behind for you to take it to disposal or if you wanna move out without paying and want free days in the month coz ur getting your new house on 2 june and you don't wanna pay storage rent past 31 may .... very good service very clean and affordable facility

Poor service

After the second year they stopped sending me receipts for my payments. Each year I would contact them to ask the price, and I would not hear from them until after the rent was due. Then I would receive panicked emails and threats to foreclose. When it came time to move out, they insisted that everything was removed at once, even though there was 2 months before the end of our contract. This cost us a considerable amount as we were not able to sell the items in an orderly fashion.
