I am without a car so I take many taxi services and this one is literally the worst I've ever experienced. His car shut off three times, he didn't drive to the correct door of my building, costing me extra money having to drive back, he then yelled at me for using debit, my card was decined because it does that a lot (I need a new one), not because I had insufficient funds and he then yelled at me saying he wouldn't process it again because it is a waste of paper when I "clearly" don't have the money, so I said I would run up and grab cash and he yelled at me again. I then brought him cash and he gave me incorrect change back. I'm extremely unimpressed, if I could give negative stars, I would do so.
