I've been a customer of 1st gear for quite some time now. He has been able to source me a lot of hard to find genuine jdm parts and accessories. The in store inventory is diverse and resourceful. When I order parts Rod has kept me in the loop. I have had a pleasant experience at 1st gear and look forward to carrying on great business relationship.

0 stars. Order online! I go in and order something from him, I prepay like a good customer. 7-10 days he says. So no call two weeks later, I call him. Oh ya they're almost here blah blah. As soon as I know anything I'll call you. So a month goes by and no phone call. 6 weeks go by. No phone calls. I go in and explain to him that I got these sent from eBay to my front door, 3 days later from Texas. Lazy owner with the mentality "I've already got his $"
