I have been going there for as long as I can remember and they are always super friendly and remember me. I’ve never been disappointed with my nails after I left and the prices are very reasonable

I dont believe the other comments here are fair. I have been going to this salon/spa for years in Westsprings. Amazing staff, amazing service and the owner is a sweetheart! Thank you, Tina!!

Royal oak location. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! CUT UP MY DAUGHTERS FINGER WITH THE RESPONSE "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT". AFTER TAKING TO OTHER PEOPLE IT APPEARS THAT THIS HAPPENS OFTEN!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER OPTIONS IN THE AREA!!!! TERRIBLE SPA TERRIBLE OWNER!!!!!!

Owner of Salon as poor customer service.

The staff here is extremely rude or the make owner. I had came into the salon and had received acrylic nails however after a day they started chipping. I came to the salon a few days after since I was on vacation to address the issue ?) apparently I came off in a tone which sent my intention at all. However the owner yelled at me in front of the entire salon and was accusing me of Purposely trying to ruin the set of nails prior to coming in. I have never had issues with it until today.
