Very poor customer service. I found a movie I wanted that had a sticker price of $2.50. When I went to pay for it the older man said $3. I said $2.50 plus gst? And he said no, $3, and then he took the blu-ray and started to pull off the $2.50 sticker, but because it wasn't coming off easily he also started to damage the plastic cover with his fingernails. Unbelievable. How does he expect to get repeat customers when he behaves this way?
