Canyon Creek is the classic example of a dishonest import franchise dealer that is only interested in making a profit. Do not expect them to honor a factory warranty on an OEM factory dealer installed part purchased from them because you will receive nothing but double speak and platitudes, as I have recently experienced. I'm very unimpressed with Canyon Creek and especially their service department. Having taken my prized Toyota there since 1992, they will never see business from me ever again.

My recent experience with Canyon Creek Toyota was awful. This is my honest review. Ali Sharafat was the worst of them to deal with, highly recommend not working with him to any potential buyers

Canyon Creek Toyota was my choice to visit for a car. Ashley is the person whom worked with me. She listened to my needs and gave me great considerations for my situation!! Financing was arranged for me and she, as far as I am concerned went out of her way and spent a lot of time to get me driving. All of her work with me was done professionally without the usual and pressures and high-sales methods that I am used to! BIG THANKS. MY needs etc. came first with Ashley and Josh.

Horrible experience.. highly unprofessional and rude guys including the manager.. cheap pressure games to close the deal immediately at higher price!! i was dealing with Naveed who was giving incomplete information and was playing pressure game to close the deal same day at higher price.. he was asking me to give my credit card detail right away to block $2.5k which i refused and then he was saying that we have wasted his time.. this is pathetic..

Regret buying a vehicle here. Bad customer service and condescending management. Was made to feel like an annoying customer coming back on several occasions with a problem CREATED after having the technicians fix a different mistake they made... only to be told they are done with me and my vehicle.

Can I give them a -10 stars? I brought my 2005 Toyota Corolla to them on May 29 to have the passenger side airbag replaced under recall. I decided to have them change my brake fluid and manual transmission fluid as well, they also replaced my drive belt as they said it was badly worn. Picked up my car at approximately 4 PM and drove down MacLeod Trail to 162AVe and up the ramp to eastbound Sunvalley Blvd to find I had no brakes. Fortunately it's a manual transmission so I always gear down.

Avoid. Pay $44,000 for a 2015 which is 2 months old with 199 km on the clock and they mark down the vehicle when trying to resale by over 37%. They only wanted buy back at $28,000. The 2015 RAV 4 had only 3000 kms in 2 months with all the corrosion, remote start, 3M covers etc. First service problem and tech support on phone couldn't help.

"*** DO NOT TO CANYON CREEK TOYOTA IN CALGARY FOR SERVICE****" Do not come to this dealer for any type of service. They do no good job at all. and try to pass problems to other so they not warranty. I Bought ProPack for my truck in 2008 that cover under code, seats protection, and paint protection. Long story short. I didn't buy vehicle from them, bought from other dealer, my truck was 10 months old. so I asked Canyon Creak it ok for apply the ProPack. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE.

If you decide to ...

If you decide to actually buy a vehicle from them, which you will definitely regret, do not waste your money on warranty(or any other in-house services)as it/they literally useless. You will easily wait 1hour (with prior appointment) for anyone to acknowledge that you are there waiting for their service as well as have to pay extra for their services although you have a warranty on a brand new vehicle, that shouldnt need to be in service. Take your business somewhere else where it is valued
