    Business was great! Very honest. I was very satisfied of the work done & how fast my car was ready.. especially when the part I needed had to be ordered. :) I’ve dealt with Cetus in the past when I lived in the south & I was completely satisfied then. Very glad to see the business is here in the north ?

    I just finished getting my winter tires put on at Cetus, and these folks couldn't have made my life easier! They ordered the tires I wanted, had them shipped in-store, installed them, and had me on my way in no time flat. Thanks Cetus - I'll definitely be back!

    I have been going to Cetus for over 10 years. They have never disappointed me. The counter staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics have all been there for a long time and really know what they are doing. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

    Horrible service, Don't go here, Can't even complete an oil change, my car was leaking badly after going there.

    Hi Luis: For the oil change issue there was a technical service bulletin -once we replaced the drain plug gasket , this issue was resolved and both times we did look after you at no expense. For the Nissan X-trail-you had brought in the vehicle and asked us to do a cam sensor in it-we asked you if you wanted us to diagnose the problem. You refused and said that you know what the problem is and signed the work-order stating that you wanted the cam sensor replaced. Once we did that and cleared the codes the engine light came back on immediately. At this point we called you and said that replacing the cam sensor had not repaired the problem and did you want us to diagnose the problem at this point. You gave us the approval to diagnose it. Once we had diagnosed the problem then we called you again to tell you that it was the crankshaft sensor that was malfunctioning, and we gave you an estimate for replacing it. At this point you gave us a go-ahead to do the repairs. It would have been better If we had diagnosed the problem in the first place. We stand behind our warranty which is one year or 20,000 km-we have been in business for 32 years and we pride ourselves on our warranty and customer service. We appreciate your feedback.
