Went to Jenny today for the second time, she did amazing better then what I expected. I did a major change I was nervous about but after getting the colour and cut I wish I did it sooner. never trusting anyone else with my hair!! the staff was all super friendly and welcoming. 10000/10 experience. THANK YOU JENNY!!

Highlights

Do not go to this place. My highlights look like chunks, not natural, my hair is now three colors. She did not match the highlights I had before!!

VERY VERY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AT THIS SALON

worst salon ever DO NOT come here..i had my hair highlighted..well when she took out the foils my hair was coming out in handfulls like spagetti they swept as she brushed and styled to hide how much hair was coming off you can tell when people have done something wrong and are worried, thats what it was like... after it was done she said i guess u dont want the trim anymore...!!!.. my hair was healthy and beautiful before everyone commented how long and beautiful it was..and after was shredded off and fried... the hairstylist didnt even brush my hair with a brush while drying to straighten it (i have thick hair!!!) and when using the flatiron picked up random peices with her fingers and straightened them. i was furious and told the manager i would not pay because of what they did to it.. i stood there for a good fifteen minutes arguing and finally they agreed to take off twenty dollars... i threw down a hundred and walked off... i was still so mad that i came back and continued to argue they gave me back an additional 20...luckily i have an amazing boyfriend and when he saw what they did to my hair he told me it was wrong and i needed to do something.. i called and asked to speak to the highest manager i told him if i didnt recieve my money back and some respect id take it to court and he agreed to meet me and saw the damage and gave me my money back aswell as a conditioning treatment. alot of work just to recieve some dignity and respect.it wasnt even about the money just the lack of skill and disrespect i recieved. even my hairstylist friend said WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR HAIR when she saw me...the manager that i dealt with first was very unprofessional and proceeded to tell me that if i left without paying hed have to restrain me... um...what??? i wasnt even trying to walk away at that point...plus...isnt that illegal and inappropriate?? do not come to this place if you care about your hair
