I took my truck in for a rock chip on my windshield mid day. They got my truck in pretty fast and the staff were friendly. They got my chip fixed in a timely manner, I was happy with the service.

Avoid this place if possible, charged a cleaning fee and have glass shards everywhere had to vacuum it myself anyway, left black residue on my car, chewed up and scratched the plastic in my car then they say it wasn’t them. Very unprofessional install. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Wow, these guys dont get back to you, dont keep you in the loop and then they book appointments when they dont even have the glass you need. Now they say they will call me back next week when it comes in. I doubt that! Terrible professionalism. I highly recommend going anywhere but here.T hey dont have a clue. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.

I called crystal glass, i told them that somone had broken both of my driverside windows, and needed a quote for emergency replacement. They said they had to call the warehouse for my glass, and that they will call me right back. They took my cell number, and i waited for the call. Two days later they have not called me back, at all. I would recomend going anywhere but crystal glass. They are not a professional company.

DON’T RECOMMEND this company! We paid for shower and railings over a 1 year ago and until now they’ve never finished the job. I have a 3 year old with special needs son and a 2 year old daughter and the incomplete work is a major safety concern, which even keep us from having friends over. After discussions with the management they continue to make statements that the work is out of their control versus taking responsibility.

Had a great time dealing with this location. They were super fast had my glass ready in no time and really helpful and friendly
