Consumer Alert
Well I can't deny that the staff at Two Clean Car Cleaning do a great job detailing vehicles, their customer service is very poor and the owner is a crook... After I pre-purchased a years worth of detailing for my vehicle, they made it almost impossible to schedule an appointment and when able to get in for a cleaning, required it in early am and left for a minimum of 4 hours. Each visit I was met with never ending complaints about cleaning my vehicle, suggesting no money was made, when in fact it was the companies "car club" promotion to pre sell the 12 cleans. The owner repeatedly complained that he was too busy (using tax payers dollars) cleaning police vehicles and charging $300+ a pop vs. what he was making on mine. When I suggested that he didn't seem interested in my business and perhaps it was best for both if my remaining cleans were refunded, I was met with the following response "Since you can't leave the hardest working staff a tip. Even at Christmas. (Aside from the fact I couldn't even get my car in at Christmas!!) You are correct, I am not interested." Then refused to refund my money and not provide the car cleaning service to me that was paid for. I strongly suggest that consumer stay away from this organization and poor businessman. There are other companies out there much more deserving, who don't "Expect" a tip for poor customer services and a bad attitude!!
