The technician so frustrated with dishwasher not being fitted back in properly that he was sliding dishwasher back and forth at least 10 times we saw water coming from the ceiling in walkout basement right on the floor. I called plumber and he opened ceiling and water was coming from dishwasher, from broken drain hose (pinched, cut from the movements). The insurance paid 88% of the damage ($ from Elite insurance ) of $8500. Save your$, look for reliable not underinsured and with competent staff
