If you’re longing for your very own Disney princess moment, Ette will make sure you’re dressed for the occasion. The luxury dress boutique carries high-end, ready-to-wear couture (day and evening) as well as bridal fashions by up-and-coming and established international labels. “We sell the best dresses in the world for someone who is looking for the highest level of fashion and exclusivity,” says owner Courtney Kos.

Ette carries a carefully curated selection of clothing and accessories that includes brands such as Zac Posen, Jonathan Saunders, Jason Wu and more. The store also carries six exclusive bridal lines including Courtney’s favourite Inbal Dror, as well as Ines Di Santo, Reem Acra and more. “A lot of the lines we have, we’re the only ones in Canada to sell them and we’re definitely the only ones in the province,” she says, adding that many of her customers come in from all across the country to shop for dresses.

Courtney had always wanted to open up her own dress store, but it wasn’t until she discovered Israeli bridal and evening gown designer Inbal Dror that she decided to launch the business. “That’s when I knew I wanted to sell dresses because I was just really inspired by her designs and her collection,” says Courtney, adding that the detailed vintage-inspired Dror gowns are some of the store’s top sellers. “She was really my inspiration for selling dresses.”
