Pushy unfriendly staff and a rushed appointment
Terrible service!!! I went to Ever After this weekend to try on a few dresses and it was the worst bridal store I have been to in this city. The lady who was helping me was very unfriendly and as soon as I had a dress on she was rushing me to take it off. As soon as I had it off she would reach in an yank it out of the room and hang it back up. You are not allowed to take any photos and trying a dress on again was off the table because it was already back in the bag on the rack. The first dress I had on was lovely and probably one of my top contenders in all the stores I have been to but she would not let me take a look at it again. My bridesmaids are from out of town so it would have been nice to be able to send them a picture or look it up online but no...the lady literally grabbed the tag and hid it away from me so I could not see who the designer was. She blocked me from the dress and told me the store dress number so if I wanted to see it I could come back again and try it on....It was absolutely ridiculous!! I walked out and told her I would never be back. I will go spend my hard eared money elsewhere at a store that actually appreciates their customers. The store is in a really dingy area on 16th ave and the parking in the back alley is horendous. Honestly save yourself the time and dissapointment and go to one of the other nicer stores in the city
