Express Shoe Repair & Alterations

I had several items repaired there this year. On the last occasion, the employee made a very derogatory remark about police officers. This type of thing has no place in any business. I will never return.

The lady at the front counter was incredibly rude I left without leaving my shoes. No one needs service like that, absolutely no reason to be treated so poorly. I would never recommend this place.

I too created an account just to give this place a review. The worst service ever! When I mentioned they had ruined the item I brought in their response was "so what". When I said I was disappointed as I had spent a fair amount of money to purchase the item, their response "next time you should buy something cheaper". It was as if I was being punked that's how bad it really was. The work was terrible and the service as bad as it gets. Absolutely no pride, this place should be shut down.

I created an account just so I could review this place. The worst service of my life. Hands down. No competition. One star because I have to give it. I don't understand how the place stays open with it's 1980s hand bags and Russian dolls because it's not like they know anything about shoes. Stay far far away. Yes I'm reviewing a shoe repair place, the service was THAT bad.
