    I had a great experience at Eye Gallery. They are under new management and I found it to be a very welcoming environment with very friendly and competent staff. I appreciate that they do direct billing. I was seen by Dr. Brady Turner and found him to be very professional, competent and thorough in his assessment. They also have a wide selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from.

    What a fantastic experience with Dr. Turner! He was thorough, clearly explaining everything as the exam was happening! Their selection of optical is top notch, carrying a wide array of brands and styles! The front end staff was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Turner and the eye gallery!

    Dr. Neufeld does not work at this location despite the website indicating this. The Dr. and staff that do work there were very welcoming and professional but I had several significant concerns. The Dr. had difficulty figuring out my prescription, calling me back into the room 3 times then finally deciding just to continue with my current prescription. The signed prescription I was given was incorrect.The office was closed during stated open hours on a Saturday. No resolution to my concerns.

    Cancelled Time after Time

    I had been here in years past and had a good experience. I booked an appointment for a Friday afternoon at the end of June. Come that Friday morning, I got a call that the doctor was sick and they would need to re-schedule my appointment. I re-scheduled for a Friday morning in July at 10AM. I did not check my phone that morning, missed at call at 8:35 and when I showed up at 9:55 was told my appointment was cancelled because the Doctor was still sick (this was about 3 weeks later). Disappointed.

    Dr. Neufeld got m...

    Dr. Neufeld got me drops which helped get rid of my painful red eye. More recently, he helped explain how computer lenses would help reduce my eyestrain while working. Got new glasses at Eye Gallery and they work great. Pricing was good. Very happy that they were recommended to me by friends. I will recommend this office to others as well.

    Impressed with doctor and with customer service

    I appreciated Dr Neufeld's advice on how to solve my vision problems when using my computer and iphone. He took the time to discuss a new lens that helps this and then one of his staff gave me further details on it. I just picked up my new glasses from Eye Gallery and they are great! First time I had pictures taken of the inside of my eye. It was nice being able to see some of the things that Dr Neufeld was looking at and have him explain what things meant. Good place to get your eyes checked.

    Very dissapointed in level of customer service

    I was informed my son would benefit from visual optometry therapy and was recommended to Dr. Brent Neufeld. When I called,, the receptionist said 'yes Dr. Neufeld offers this service' but she was very unhelpful, indicating there is a wait, that I have to fill out a series of forms beforehand, it is very expensive and that I had to wait for the forms to come in the mail, then wait to book an evaluation. When I asked if I could come to pick up the forms rather than wait for them to come in the mail, she said she would check but never got back to me. When they finally did arrive 3 weeks later, I filled out the 7 page questionnaire and couriered it back. That was 2 MONTHS AGO and I have heard nothing. When I called to find out if anyone had even looked at it, there was no answer. I left a message asking for a return call but did not receive one. I would like to tell Dr. Neufeld that if he professes to offer a service, he should actually do so or let people know he's too busy.
