    Challenging company to engage with, and the managerial conduct is lacking professionalism. It is advised to thoroughly scrutinize the provided statements, considering they may be executed by external entities that appear to lack professionalism. If I had the choice, I would refrain from contracting this company for any managerial responsibilities.

    I called this company for condo docs for "The Park" that they managed and they got extremely angry and frustrated with me because they couldn't pull up the building with the address or mls#. They have zero customer service and zero integrity as a business.

    Just do yourself a favour and save you and your tenants all the hassle and find another company, these people are not worth it. Bad at everything literally!

    This is a terrible company. Kickbacks from preferred vendors they like to dispatch without consent, misbilling, hidden charges, 0 day experience managers which change constantly. First Service should change their name to Plenty Headaches. Rude from top down. This is not a management company, its a money extraction company.

    Wish there was a Zero star option. TERRIBLE property management company. I own a few condos and this management company is by far the worst. They don't respond to phone calls, emails and have no way of being able to contact them. They don't even visit the condo building ever. Every time we have to contact then about something, they want us to send a picture cause they're too lazy to drive over and look at it themselves. We've recently complained about landscape issues - they turn on the sprinkle

    I want to share my experience with this company customer service. It is one of the most rudest service. No wonde why Aspenmount Heights SW condos always surround by sale signs. I had a rental vehicle n I forgot to pick my garage opener from my vehicle, so I called management to discuss this issue. This management service clearly said “we can’t do anything, if you park your vehicle on this property parking, it can be towed. You are parking on your own risk. We can’t help you!!!”

    If I could give this company zero stars I certainly would. I am so happy to be away from them but feel for the poor people affected by their nonsense on a daily basis. I will never again buy a condo that is managed by this company and next time do diligent homework to ensure I never have to deal with them again.

    Stay away. They do not return phone calls, always have an excuse for their mistakes and are perennially late in delivering statements and payments. They are poorly managed and have no idea what “customer service” means.

    They seldom answer the phone, don't reply to emails and no one knows who's in charge. You get the run around. Awful company. Surprised they are still in business.

    Have dealt with these people twice on behalf of my senior mother. Both times had to leave a message. Both times no response. Based on these reviews and my experience it's safe to say they deserve their poor ratings. As a businessman I am surprised that they continue to function as a business with this customer service standard but I guess when the bar is set so obviously low they see this as normal and tell themselves that they do a great job and we are the problem???

    Rude most unprofessional company ever

    Wow wish I would have checked reviews before renting from this company they are extremely rude and disrespectful which is just crazy in my place they are in the wrong I've got a build on that is not separate from the house which is totally not up to safety code yet they treat me like I have done something wrong and send me letters saying I'm the rude one I even was nice while the people I delt with were just rude till I was fed up and tell her she rude and I don't have to put up with it

    This firm is terrible. The property manager, an employee of this firm, has taken over the board - they basically "rubber stamp" everything the property manager proposes, the board is anonymous and unreachable as they "hide" behind the property manager and neither the property manager nor the board care about the owners. The property manager is rude and condescending and won't answer calls or does not return calls to some owners. Disgusting!

    This is the worst...

    This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt dealt with. Poor customer service, attitude from staff, and they have lost our cheques numerous times. Do not use this company!!!

    This company know...

    This company knows absolutely nothing of service, the company name is extremely misleading. In the first instance, you will receive no answer to your contact call, but that of voicemail, obviously, they are all too busy to discuss your concerns and will maybe , get back to you, in the near future. When, and if, you do finally make contact, and they listen to your concerns, they more than likely, will not get back to you with a resolution to the problem.

    Top of the WORST list...

    Absolutely the worst of its kind. I'm in a condomium building managed by them in downtown - Poor management at all levels, e.g. pool/sauna inadequately maintained, rude untrained staff who know nothing about 'bylaws' only to quote them to threaten tenants and to impose fines, No/very short notice on domestic water shutdowns, dirty common areas, halting renovations half way through for almost 1 year(still 'in progress'), facilities severely worn without repairs or replacement, just to name a few. Absolutely avoid if possible! Deserves a NO star but have to give it one since it isn't an option!

    worst management company EVER

    Do not use these guys unless you want your tenants to leave. Worst customer service and least of all do nothing when things go wrong. STAY AWAY
