Very Poor Service
Purchased a Groupon for Flawless Auto Spa and waited one month for appointment, I arrived at Flawless Auto Spa at 8:20 am for my 8:30 am appointment, to a locked door. I called company and was told by the respresentative he had to step out, but to be honest I am sure I woke him up, but cannot prove that fact. The reprensentative from Flawless Auto Spa I spoke to told me to leave my keys under the front drivers side mat and leave my vehicle unlocked. Well, needless to say I refused to do this. When I said to respresentative that I was displeased with the service I was receiving, he then told me to call Groupon and get my money back because HE did not want to deal with me anymore, like I had done something wrong.
