Seemed like a nic...

Seemed like a nice place when walked in, went to buy a metal cage mount for car stereo and was told they are all universal, sold me a "universal" mounting cage. Turns out they aren't. Took it back with my stereo to see if maybe I was doing something wrong. They told me I didn't pull up the tabs which I did, and they then spent 5 minutes trying to get it to fit on the stereo to which it didn't. Was then told to call JVC before I asked if I could return the faulty unit. They then told me it was, done in cash and not written down in the books, even though I had a receipt. Don't exactly know why they couldnt have just told me to vall JVC in the first place instead of selling me a faulty cage. Poor knowledge and poor customer service skills. Would not recommend.

My boyfriend and ...

My boyfriend and I were on vacation last week and the tuner went out of his truck. We live in Wyoming and did not know where to turn. We found this business and as we were stranded in a truck stop parking lot they found us phone numbers and people to help us. They stayed late to install a new tuner to get us back on the road. I wish I remembered everyones names but a special thanks to Leo for making calls for us and to Matt for staying and installing the tuner. The prices were great as well.

That's what appointments are for!!!

I bought and got a new stereo installed at JB in Dec. after the install they told me that my amp was blown, i ordered a new amp online and installed in myself. Still my stereo wasn't working so i made an appointment to have JB look at it and find out what was wrong. The apointment was set for 9:00am, i left my truck with them and walked to Tim Horton's, i came back at 10:15 and noticed my truck in the parking lot, I asked if my truck was done, they said no, i asked if they had a timeline, they said no. So i had an apopintment made for a week, took 2 hours out of my morning for them to not do ANYTHING. I didn't expect it to be done, i understand that we dont know what the problem is, and thats why i brought it back, but i do expect that when i make an appointment (especially the first appointment of the day) my truck is at least looked at an hour and fifteen minutes later.
