JRD Pool & Spa

We just moved to a new house that came with a great hot tub-however it needed a drain, clean and reboot. John was able to do it all for us in no time and was flexible with evenings when we were available. He was punctual, knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. We would definitely recommend JRD pool and spa for any hot tub/spa needs!

Had a pump issue. Jon was there within the hour (on a Saturday!) and fixed the problem. I always call Jon with my hot tub issues, I know they will be fixed reasonably and promptly! Thanks Jon!!

I am not sure how you could find anyone better. Was early, did the work efficiently, explained the things that needed to be done in plain English, priced reasonably and provided an overall superior service. Best I have ever encountered in the pool and spa service world.

This company is amazing. I was using someone else and just happened to buy a filter sock off JRD, which was delivered to my home. While he was here, he noticed my cover had chemical burns. He then tested my water and it was horrible. I had been following directions given to me by another hot tub company. JRD balanced my water, helped me get my old company to warranty my cover (the right thing to do) and gained himself a new customer! I’m very impressed! I’ll never use anyone else again.

I just had JRDce to my home to replace my hotub cover lifter with an engineered cover lifter! I have a disability and this new technical device now makes it so easy to open and close my hotub cover now!!!! Thanks Jon you the best!!?

I needed winterization of my hot tub during the winter. The service man was punctual, thorough, explained everything to me, fast, had his own equipment, knowledgeable and was generally a nice guy. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone servicing their hot tubs!
