This guy is a joke. He will be very helpful in getting your money, but forget about anything after that. Everything during the process of getting a mouth guard was so incredibally backwards, I can not believe this place is actually a business. He will promise you that insurance will cover this service and you’ll be surprised when you try to claim it. now he decides not to reply to my emails. On top of all of this, the mouth guard is already coming apart...keep in mind I paid $3300 for this junk

Horrible

I was refferred to the Merrell Clinic by my family doctor. I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room. I thought maybe they were busy with other patients, then I watched the doctor (he's a dentist don't be fooled) walk in with his bags. He decided to finally come to work I guess. My appointment was very rushed and then I was told treatment was around $3000! I was also charged $85 for the consultation. I didn't even have an exam done, I basically listened to the dentist say how many finanical problems he's having and how the government won't help him. I then found out that my own dentist will do it for $1500!
