Poorly managed company with lack of care for the customer. We had a retail sign placed by National Neon, and a little over a year later the LED lights stopped working. They only warranty the sign for a year, so after waiting for almost a month, and paying $500 they finally had it fixed. Do your research before you commit to these guys. Dealing with them has been a headache.

We use National Neon to do business and storefront signage for our clients at our marketing agency. They have been wonderful to work with! I highly suggest them for your digital and commercial signage needs!

Terrible company. 10 months later we are still waiting for them to fix our company sign. Extremely poor quality and no customer service.

Superior customer service

Earlier this year, I ordered signage from National Neon (channel letters) and unfortunately, they messed up the order. The bad thing: they messed up my order The good thing: they were one week early in delivering the order, therefore, were able to make the necessary adjustments within the time frame. Post-sale customer service was just amazing. A-1 for any Calgary based businesses looking for signages.
