Very helpful service technician. Took the time to show me how to use the control unit and walked thru how the system worked. It was my first time having a sprinkler system. Thank you.

Showed up, fixed our problems, service person was friendly and got our system back running after a few years of it being turned off.

We were loyal customer of Next Rain Irrigation but I will never use or recommend them. Their customer service is terrible. They are rude over the phone, do not return calls or show up for booked appointments and the explanation for missed appointment is “not sure why no one showed up”. Don’t bother leaving a message for the owner/manager, you will not hear back from him.

Answered the phone promptly and helped us out the day after. Great efficient service, the technician explained what was about to be done and involved us every step of the way. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Happy with the service

Feel like I've been robbed. We've used Next Rain Irrigation for a number of years for Spring startup and Fall blowouts and have never had a issue. A "technician" came to our home to fix two solenoid valves - he was there a total of 30 minutes - we were charged a Call Fee of $90.00 - a minimum hour of labor $110.00 and parts. None of there charges (most importantly the Call Out Fee) where ever discussed or mentioned when we booked the service - the owner declined to speak with us.
