Oasis Medical Clinic

My experiences with the clinic receptionists and Dr Metuh have been very positive. Whitney has made me feel especially welcome. Dr Metuh has been very professional and helpful.

Dr.Natha here is truly amazing. Not only did he after only one appointment figure out exactly what I dealing with. 3 doctors 10 yrs and this guy had answer in 10min. Natha is not a miracle worker, hes just someone who cares. Lastly being in construction Im always cancelling or changing stuff around and front staff make it work everytime. Since going Ive got my 5 children and wife going now. Very similar situation with my wife. So in my opinion there is no better clinic. Two thumbs up to Oasis

Poorly organized. Clinic does not need patient. It's patient who needs a service. Have to wait long even with appointment. Walk in patient wait cannot be established as it takes too long. Front staff does not care much for the patient.

I have been into ...

I have been into this clinic twice now.. Once by walkin for my son. The second time for myself to get the depo (birth control) shot. I called ahead of time.. Was given an option of 2:20 or 2:40 for appointments I said 2:20. They told me to go into the pharmacy first to get the depo.. Meaning I could walk out with this stuff and inject it myself.. With no prescription mind you. Did not ask about my health history.. I am an RMT and I know the side effects and precautions as I do have asthma and a few other things that could effect me while on the shot.. No one has asked about that..apparently the young receptionist booked me for 2:40 when I clearly stated 2:20. They did not apologize just said it was a mistake and blamed myself. It is now 3:00 and I still have not seen the doctor. Seriously debating injecting the shot myself. Will NEVER come back to this clinic. The reception is incredibly rude. Not respectful. Very disappointed. I do not recommend ever using this clinic.
