On Your Mark Delivery

If I could leave the review without stars I would... WORST customer service I have ever received... Starting with the owner Mark who has no service skills or talking to people like a person skills what so ever... I've been siting waiting for a call from the delivery company that I never received... when I called to complain about this I basically got a lecture from him... Edited: just because the delivery crew was great.

Okay, so we all know that moving is definitely high up there on the stressful experiences list! I used On Your Mark to move from Vancouver Island out to Alberta, and they were absolutely fantastic! Every step of the process was easy and pleasant, from front end organizing (thank you Sasha!), the move itself (thank you Mark!) to the follow up after delivery. I have moved many times with many different companies over the years, and On Your Mark was hands down the best!! They really are not your normal moving company!!
