    So thankful for this store!! Prices are very fair, selection is amazing, store hours are fantastic and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This store makes buying quality kids gear affordable and easy. Thank you OUAC!!

    I resonate with another review about them accepting/rejecting the items. I went in with a great selection of my kiddos clothes, while carefully culling the rough looking items for donation elsewhere. Only a few items were accepted and 90% of the stuff was returned, with a note saying the clothes had holes and missing pieces, which is false. To my dismay, all of them clothes were in a fairly new condition- given how fast babies outgrow them. A colossal waste of time and EFFORT. I won't ever try a

    I find some of the staff here rude and impolite. Your whole business is selling items that you purchase from individuals like myself, yet I’m usually made to feel like an inconvenience when I bring in items. I’m sure hiring staff is a challenge but the attitude of some employees there is terrible.

    Great store and I most always find what I need there in the books, toys and clothes. Haven’t really tried to sell anything back to here yet..

    An amazing selection of clothing! Extremely clean! And the workers are so nice and helpful with my handful of questions! I also talked to the owner of the store who was also extremely nice and is very kind and knows exactly what shes doing! Amazing just amazing

    Waste of time, Don't bother

    If you wanna sell your stuff here, don't bother. Brought in 3 giant bins filled with clothes, baby wearing gear etc. All in excellent condition with brands like Gap, Old Navy, H&M, Disney etc. They took 3 things. And here's the worst part, I brought in a Bright Starts Bounce & Spring Deluxe, STILL IN IT'S BOX. These fools ripped the box to see if everything was there, I'm talking tore it horribly. then didn't take it! it was never out of its box & now it looks like it's been through a war!

    . I appreciate you taking my call the other night to be able to talk to you about your experience. As I explained on the phone, I think what happened is the 2 larger bins that you brought in were missed and I sorry you thought that we only bought a couple of items when we actually purchased 12 items. I appreciate that you were happy I reached out to you and I really hope when you are ready to bring in the 2 bins you contact me in adviced as suggested so that I can personal deal with you.

    Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry that you have such an awful experience. We have actually let a couple of people go over the last couple of weeks and hope we can get back on track.     Thank you for your response. I'm so sorry you had such a terrible experience. In the past couple of weeks we have let a couple of people go and really hope that we are able to get back on track.     Absolute waste of time. Out of all the staff I encountered only 1 was pleasant. Stores a complete mess and driving all the way across the city to sell some clothes was a joke. I had a full bag of mostly brand new baby clothes they said they weren't taking due to stains and wear and tear... Never even worn.

    I went to this st...

    I went to this store today. They had a silly sign on the store that says "stop" in red not taking any more items until Monday 10:00. I drove from the ne and had 3 bags of items. I went to the lady at the front. Asked her that they aren't taking any items. She snapped at me, says no we aren't. She is by herself and has all these things to go through, she says to me. That is no excuse to be rude and raising her voice. I asked her if I could lv the items there as I came from the ne. They can call me when they have gone thru them next week. Again, with her attitude. ...no can't do that. ...you have to bring your stuff in 9:30 am and can't lv anything there. I told her that I have come before on a Sat..2 days later picked up my cash and things they didn't take. I asked for the owners business card and left. I will address this with the owner. I don't understand why they hire miserable people like this lady to work for them. She has no sense of customer service and no people skills. You are better off to go to the Varsity store.

    Two thumbs way up

    The staff was very energetic and informative, the proccess was very simple and straight forward. I will reccomend this location to everyone I know with kids. SO MUCH TO LOOK AT!! great experience overall. We willl go again.

    Great Experience !!!

    I was recently in Once Upon A Child on Macleod Trail with my two kids and dropped off a bag of their clothing, the staff there were very friendly. One of the staff helped me find a toy that I had been looking for and a bathing suit. The store was very clean and well organized and they had lots of merchandise. Thanks for the great customer service

    Terrible service, odd smell, very uncomfortable place to be, to shop... The staff is atrocious, bad customer relations, I am not sure why that lady hates life so much, maybe she should think about selling...

    Very disappointed with the service. Tried to bring in items twice, but they would not accept anything even though they told us to go early, which we did.

    It was okay

    I dropped bags of good clothing (including many designer items) and they barely took any of it. The clothing that they did take, they gave me a very good price though.
