Good variety, though most product on the shelf is expired, and the exchange policy is TERRIBLE. Stock is also super unreliable, so if you decide to take a risk on the product, make sure itsits physically in stock

Great Service in the RC department

When I we to PM to find a RC for my nephew the staff there was very helpful. I didn't know a lot walking in but I came out informed and I got a RC for a great price. I have had to go back and get more work done on a truck cause my nephew roughed it up. The RC mechanic there was great, fast and effecient. I would recommend PM to anyone. Cashiers were friendly as well. And they have great cake decorating supplies.

Great ideas for gifts!

Just like the video says, they are very passionate and have amazing customer service. recently we purchased a model for my nephews birthday! I told the staff his age and what he was looking for and they had me matched up and ready to go! Turns out he really like building the F -1 8 & is really excited about his next products!

Why go anywhere else ?

I've had been hinting to my wife that I wanted a hobbygrade RC Cars for a while. On my birthday, she surprized me with the exact car that I wanted. She had shopped at other hobby retailers in the city and was just wowed with the building, the staff and the way she was treated at PM. That's where she bought me my car. I've had to upgrade some broken parts on 3 seperate occasions and when I've went in there, I have gotten awesome service from RC experts that know what they're talking about. They are honest and eager to please. It's made my experience with them perfect. Thank You very much !!
