Money-grabbers. Terribly unprofessional. Parterre takes advantage of renters and charges absurd amounts of money for "move-in's" and "move-out's" even if you're moving units within your own current building!"includes placing the elevator on service/taking it off service, putting up/taking down the elevator pads and doing a before/after move inspection of the hallways/elevators & recording of any damages to them". ALL of these duties could and SHOULD be handled by the on-site "property manager".
