Treat your patients and employees fairly, Don't be abusive!

I had a terrible experience. I went there for how may times such a waste of money. I have tried physio and massage but still my leg hurts. Physiotherapist just poked me everytime I went there. Massage therapist are lazy and unprofessional, I tried 3 ladies therapist, they were late for 10 minutes. They should prepare the room but the 2 ladies receptionist did that for them and the laundry. I observed, cleaning the whole clinic is a NO NO! (Hey, 2 ladies call Alberta Workers and complain).

I was at this clinic for massage, i had a very remarkable experience. Their Therapist are expertise, and at the end of my one hour massage i slept off because i had a soothing relief. This is an excellent place to be for massage.

I have been at this physiotherapist for a tendonitis of my left shoulder. I had strong difficulties to dry myself after a shower and while dressing. This morning I was there for the first time and it took about 1 1/2 hours which included all the preliminary questions etc.. It seems to be unbelievable, but I could feel that my shoulder already made a significant step towards healing. If you need a very good physiotherapist - go there. I totally trust him.
