Absolutely do not see Dr. Riaz. She does not listen to anything you say and does not care about your concerns. I went in for pain in my pelvis and while urinating, and her ‘advice’ was to have vitamin D because it helps leg cramps… leg cramps?????? She then proceeded to tell me I should have gone to my family doctor because ‘I’m wasting resources’. Absolutely awful. 0/10.

I have been in ranchlands area for 9 years. I currently see Dr Ko. She is absolutely amazing and very helpful. I have also seen many of the other doctors. The staff is friendly and I’ve gotten to know them over the years. Thank you for always helping me or my family get the best care we need.

I took my 3yo here to get checked out. I was dismissed saying it wasnt anything. Turns out he had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic he was on. WOULD NOT recommend Doctor Riaz.Completely ridiculous that a child would get this kind of treatment.

The Ranchlands medical clinic was quick at getting me in for a procedure and pride themselves in being able to perform certain procedures on sight. However, they did not give me all the information they should be giving patients before starting a procedure. I felt that the doctor that performed the procedure was an amateur. He did not project any confidence, look scared himself. I am regretting going back to the clinic. The administrative staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

I am very fortunate to have people like Fermida, Rukhsana, Asthma and Dr. Husain as care givers. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. S. Ryan

Long waits, which is ridiculous considering the waiting room can be empty when you walk in and after waiting 45 minutes it's full and you still haven't been called. Receptionists share confidential information amongst themselves in Urdu, and over the phone with you when you call in. Doctors are all rushed and misdiagnose commonly. Best doctors have left.

I had an appoiment at this location last week and was very dissapointed with it.This has been my home medical center for couple of years now & their quality of treating patients has been decreasing over the years. One of the 'most popular' doctors in this clinic doesnt even spend 5mintues with the patient. She is always in a hurry to finish up one patient and go to the next , this is a medical center NOT a supermarkt where you have to rush the customers or meet any goals.
