    We purchased a treadmill at Toronto Home Show on March.13.2024 type IQ Slim Tread total price $1,017.00 as of April.04.2024 (2,5 weeks after purchase) the belt start shifting to extreme left .At that point i email customer service and Wendy reply providing instructions how to adjust tension of the belt and she assure me that following her instructions every think will be working as it should. After spending 6 days on the email and phone and working with Wendy It only got worse .

    DO NOT TRUST THEM. Shadey sales tactics with an extremely unreliable product. Bought a brand new treadmill and it didnt turn on when I got it home, they sent me another and that broke after a couple weeks of use! The sales guy told me they would replace without any hassles (and at no cost) - their customer service wants me to pay $300+ to ship the product back to their warehouse. Also took them WEEKS to repsond to my calls and emails - excercise caution.

    I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.

    I bought a foot massager that worked one night didnt work the nxt day. Called company...no one called me back. Not cool. So much 4 customer satisfaction & if yer not happy were not happy. What a joke. Now I want my money back. I guess well c how that turns out.

    Purchased two heaters, one a demo model Veito 1500, stopped working within a week. Not impressed, was told I have to send it back for repairs. A lot of money to be out and hassle. Not a good product. Looks like I may be out the shipping costs to send it back for repairs. Would not recommend this product to anyone. F Vanderwal
