    Can I give 0? 800 number on website doesn't work. Website doesn't recognize Kenmore. Told only available on microfiche but other companies can provide web access to information. 3 months for part and so far, more expensive by a factor of 2. Trail you look bad giving your parts buiness to these guys.

    I phoned the north store and they were able to get the parts for my Eatons refrigerator. It showed up as promised three days later and fit perfectly. I should have ordered a spare...

    I purchased a cleaning product from this location. I had a valid manufacturer's coupon but was told they would not accept it, I am not sure of the reason, but I accepted this. Also, the clerk was not wearing a mask. Lastly and the reason for the review is because he asked if I wanted a paper receipt or just to "file it"; I needed proof of payment so I requested the receipt. He printed it out, sighed and said "Here you go; more paper!" almost to make me feel guilty for it.

    Order a part at beginning of September. The part was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks. I called every 2-3 weeks to get a status update. Delivery was always imminent. In December I canceled the order and ordered online through another supplier. Paid 20% less and part arrived in 3 weeks. Dont waste your time ordering through Reliable parts.

    The customer service was absolutely terrible. I was looking for a standard washing machine knob, gave the customer service clerk the knob and he told me he had never seen on of these before. As I browsed around the Trail Appliance store I notice the almost identical knob on one of their machines, so I took that make/model number to the same clerk, and asked for that knob. He made me wait more than 10 minutes while he pretend searched his data base, then told me he could order it for me for $28
