Well I wish I could comment on the quality of their work but I cannot because they never showed up . There were three times they swore they would show but they never did. I can understand that things happen and plans have to change but they never even called to explain or apologize. I explained that I had scheduled a fence building company so I needed the work done by a certain date but they didnt care. I am absolutely amazed that they can even stay in business.

AVOID! My handicapped brother booked the work and was charged $450 to remove some Manitoba maple saplings on the north and south sides of the garage. He wasnt able to go out there to confirm with Cory for the estimate. I met them on site and asked them how many hours $450 was worth and Cory told me they charge by the job. It took only 20 minutes and they only cut off 3 MM and they refused to even put in a half hour worth of work for that price. They took advantage of my brothers handicap.

After the storm hit here in Calgary, RTS was sensitive to my concerns regarding my broken trees. They were there to evaluate and remove and fix my trees. I really liked how efficient and friendly they were, and my yard looked brand new when they left
