I have now had two opportunities to interact with G's Roofing and cannot be happier. In 2021 i called to have my shingles looked at and was honestly told i have 3-5 yr before needing replacement. Now 2024 and i had a shingle blow off so i called again, easily could have said i need a new roof, Instead i was told the roof is good for a few more years and a repair is the best options. Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity.
