In 2015, we hired...
In 2015, we hired Ross & Company to prepare the closing documents in a residential real estate transaction. Our case was simple – no mortgage. Because there was only 19 business days before the possession day, we paid extra money for the RUSH services. Unfortunately Ross & Company could not finalize all documents by the possession date. Also they failed to inform us that they could not prepare all documents by the deadline. Finally, we paid $580 late charges because of their fault.
