We brought in a vacuum of ours for repairs after being directed here for warranty work, shop has an extensive selection of great vacuums. The customer service is really exceptional they helped us out in getting warranty submitted and went the extra mile in getting the manufacturer to approve the warranty work! We dealt with Greg just recently on a problem with our C1 Miele Cat and Dog unit, concerning our bag coming off during our weekly cleaning given we have a chocolate lab for our son. We were very pleased with the way Greg handled the situation and even recommended a new filter for our Miele unit given we have Maggie. Greg was a professional and didn't charge us for the cleaning, which we found refreshing in todays world. I would recommend going to Greg for any of your vacuum problems. Very fair

I purchased two Dyson v11 filters online for my two vacuums. They were not OEM (this was expected) however they did not fit properly and I wanted to return them. I was told they would not honour their online return policy which states if you are unhappy for any reason they would refund %110 and provide return prepaid delivery. They would only refund what I paid and would not pay return delivery because they sent the right parts. Now stuck with defective products I will have to pay to return

This is my first cordless and third Gusto vacuum. I love, love, love it. Arrived in perfect condition packed in an extra shipping box. The vacuum itself is impressively nestled in its box. Directions are mostly illustrated which for me is easier to follow than printed word. it has been money well spent. Thank you.

I bought it two weeks ago, and started to use this week. The vacuum is strong and working well on the floor carpet, especially for the hair.
