Can you add an option so we can give them zero stars? No one seems to care anymore, they just take our money and treat us like animals. We need to start speaking up against these insurance companies who just want profit profit profit. Well guess what? you cannot profit without us - we will teach you a lesson. No one will learn unless we bring one of these companies down to bankruptcy and set them as an example for everyone else.

Very bad experience....one payment declined because of credit card expiry...instead of calling me to ask for new card # or other credit card they sent in notice for cancellation and asked for full remaining amount.....really frustrating.....and accounting depoartment will not talk to you regarding the notice......waoh....will never ever insure anything with them

I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours. Terrible service. I have been with MM for 30 years and may have to change companies so I can talk to someone! How can I pay you if I am unable to get ahold of you???
