    I had an issue with a shipment that was sent from the UPS store #31 Cgy.The issue was not due to this team (was the delivery team in Mtl) but I had to go through this store for resolution since it started there. It was wonderful working w Akshay, the Manager. He took the time to tell me what I needed to do & ensured he followed it through with me from beginning to end. He provided great customer service. Looking forward to working with him and his store again for shipping & printing needs. Renée

    This location provides service above and beyond what is expected. My go to location for UPS shipping. We are high a volume shipper and this store repeatedly does a great job.

    Excellent customer service on my multiple visits to this location. Staff went above and beyond to assist me with my multiple packages to be sent out (July-August 2021)

    Jan. 2, 2018. Terrible service. Tracking shows Leslie signed for parcel, then claims she returned it to DHL (no reason). When I complained to MANAGER MAGGIE, she was very rude and not helpful at all. DHL still trying to track package. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPAY, STAY AWAY IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PARCELS LOST!

    Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!!

    I have been a mailbox customer of this store for over 5 years - no more! Since it changed hands, I have had packages 'lost' for months on end; had to provide proof they signed for a package before they 'found' it and lost several hundred dollars due to time-limited offers sent by mail being delayed for more than a month! The owners' attitude was completely uncaring. I would not recommend this store to anyone due to the almost total lack of service or regard for their customer.

    Id like to share my experience with others about the friendly ,professional service offered at this UPS store at willow park , ever since George took over its like night and day , I will tell all my friends and business associates to have their printing , shipping ,and copying done here , way to go George and staff , keep it up!
