DISSAPOINTED!!
I ordered the supplies to instal laminant floors in my home sept 3rd, I went to pick up the materials on sept 21st and to my disapointment they did not have my whole order (stair nose and T moulding where missing). I renovated sept 21st and its now sept 25th and im still missing my supplies, Its frustrating because my renos are not done, im missing the finishing touches. I called Timbertown and they told my that they would call me when the supplies come in (seriously?? how long will I have to wait!). OH and the best part is, they told me if I want I can go to RONA and see if they have what I needed and they would give me a refund......Wow NEXT time I will go to RONA and purchase everything there!!! Never again Timbertown, very dissapointed!!
