Fast, friendly and affordable ― that is the mission of Yume Sushi. Ken Li opened his first sushi restaurant in 2010 on 14th Street NW and two years later a second Yume Sushi location opened its doors at Avenida Place along Macleod Trail.
When Ken came to Canada from China he knew he wanted to open his own restaurant. “Ken liked the Japanese culture and he loves Japanese food because it is healthy,” says manager Pat Xu. “That’s why he wanted to start a Japanese sushi restaurant.”
