This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Excellent service and staff. Each person is acknowledged as they come in the door treated with respect. Very efficient and considerate of your time. They still BOOK appointments. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated if not that day.... the next one. Thank you Jason and staff.

Great service at Kal Tire. I had a tire problem years ago near Provost and Kal tire there stayed after hours to get me back on the road within an hour and a half. I’ve done to Lois and her Kal Tire in Lacombe ever since. Great service in Lacombe too!Lire plus
