DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! THEY ARE FULL OF LIES. THERE IS NO BUY BACK PROGRAM!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU VEHICLES THAT HAVE MECHANICAL ISSUES!! TOM AND ALICIA ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS. ALSO THEY WILL NOT HONOR ANYTHING! AS IN WARRANTIES.

Worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a truck. I was told a 48 thousand dollar loan and. 32 thousand dollar load would produce the same payment on the same term. I don’t know where she went to school or how dumb she thought I was. But I walked out to never return again. Do t buy here. I only gave one star cause zero stars was not an option

Absolute disaster. Wasted a solid 2 weeks waiting for them to get around to us. Had to text the sales person asking why no one was calling us back after sending all my financial documents in. Nothing. Was then told not to waste my time on the suv I wanted. So Im telling anyone reading these reviews to not waste YOUR time with this dealership. They will literally treat you like a nuisance

Don't buy here!! Purchased a vehicle yesterday. Was suposed to be delivered today by 3pm. Called to ask what was up. Now they're making excuses on why its not. I bought the vehicle for work and now i can't get to work because i have no vehicle. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I had a great experience with avenue motors. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service. I would highly recommend it.

I Was very disappointed in their service and worst they asking money to send in there account with out an approval Tom call me he told me that I am approved on my application and they will send a car a day after and asking a $ 100.00 deposit for security reasons he said, so I send him a $100.00. Then after that they asking another more requirements and even co applicant so I told them to cancel my application and refund me the $100 but until now they never return my $100 its Been 3 weeks ?

I test drove a vehicle for a weekend and gave a deposit. I decided against buying the car and was told my deposit would be in the mail the next week. I have now been waiting 4 weeks for my deposit back. Everytime I called they said it was in the mail and then I found out they hadn't even cut the cheque until a week and a half ago!! Now it's "lost in the mail" and their accounting department doesn't have access to the bank statements...seems sketchy!!!! No one calls back when they say they will.

Only gave one star because minus 10 was not an option. Do not deal with anyone involved with this company. You will pay too much and be charged multiple fees along with extravagant amount for warranties which they will never honor. Deal with a compny with integriy, not these people.
