Curtis is rude and does not care about homeowners. Neighbours are ringing our doorbell and disrupting our work and sleep repeatedly however, he says that is not an emergency even after they were notified 5 days previously.

Rude, disrespectful, liars, and worst of all don’t do the work they are supposed to. Stay away.

not a bad start to property management

Condos are governed by the Condo Act and each complex has a set of bylaws. Sadly this company knows neither. I attended a friend's AGM a few weeks ago, firstly, this company doesn't know how to run a meeting. They tried to have a lawyer chair but another owner's lawyer corrected this breach and president had to chair. It's like they are running a meeting their first time. The whole meeting was spent slandering two owners, nothing else. These companies need to be regulated badly.

I am shocked and disappointed in many of the reviews posted for CS Management. I have been part of a Board of Directors for almost all of the 15 years I have owned and lived in my condo. Over these years I have worked with three other property management companies and would like to state that Manuela and CS Management are by far the best. If you own a condo and are responsible, abide by the by-laws, respectful of your community, and what a dependable property management company; call them!

Terrible, disorganized service, shop somewhere else if you are looking for a management company

This management company is a joke. At our building we had a notice left under the door saying that there would be fire alarm testing in our building for 3 days, and that there would be a COUPLE of alarms through out the few days and we should ignore them. No problem right? Well yesterday and today from 8am-5pm on a consistent basis the alarms have been going off in each unit every 5 min Being someone with a young child who works nights, had I known I would have made arrangements to be at hotel

The worse management you will ever experience. The staff is very rude, they will never inform you with the updates, they will send a postal mail but if you are not in the country or on vacation you will never get it. They have a very unprofessional behavior. They treat you as if you are bound to have their service. They will impose By-Laws which are not even there. They will not inform you in something needs to be address and send it to collections without your knowledge. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
