I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda

Awesome place. Took my kids here for their annual exams and the staff treated them with respect and care. Afterwards, I must have tried on a million pairs of sunglasses and the fellow that was helping me was so nice - very patient and even provided some honest fashion advice (which is appreciated when trying on glasses and can’t decide between them). I bought two pairs - eep - but the price was surprisingly reasonable for the quality brand I chose. Everyone wore masks/adhered to covid rules.

BUYER BEWARE!! This place no longer honours the 2 yr warranty they tell you is on the glasses you purchase. I was told that the parts were too hard to find even though I had four months left on my warranty. I was yelled at and intimidated out on the sidewalk outside the store by the large fellow in charge of repairs. I wrote a letter and got zero response. They do not care about their customers. We have been going there for almost 30 yrs and to have this happen now, extremely disappointing.
