I went here to have my front window & passenger side rear window replaced. After dropping off my truck they were able to replace the front, but informed me they would have to order in the rear side window 3-5 day's. After 4 days I called and they didnt seem to remember anything about my order at all. I asked them to call me when it was ready... 10 days later & not a peep from them. I had the side window replaced 'same day' at another glass shop.

Convenient. Fast and efficient staff specially Marlene she is amazing. She make it convenient for me to repair my car window at my very busy schedule. Definitely i will recommend this location to a friend or to others.

Yes they are always smiling but their service quality is bad. I have a very little star shape rock chip since 3 weeks ago. I went there. A warning is posted that repair of a chip or crack is to prevent it's spreading and not to let it disappear. OK. Their policy is that you can not watch the tech while he repairing and also you can not talk to him after he finished except if he asked for Tha t?? So you give the car key then take it back from the smiling receptionist and go home. Mine was done and I thought they are great. But after three weeks this tiny chip turn to 20 inches crack reaching the upper edge og the windshield. I went back, same give the key policy. They make little drill at lower end of the cr ack. Said we are sorry and we not charge you. I read that a crack reaching windshield edge , you to change windshield. I call back, they said manager disappear. OK what about the tech, they said we will ask him and call u which did not happen. I called receptionist " my dear! Yes it is better to change. So why they did not tell me when I was there. Of course because they did something wrong from the start. Manager and technicians are incompetent and I will never go back to them.
