Discount Car and Truck Rentals

We rented a 1 Ton truck and there was a dent below the door that was missed on the initial walk around but was noted on the final check. We had insurance coverage but the company promptly charged $1,000 deductible from our credit card and a claim submitted. As we know this was not caused by us during the rental period, we are waiting on verification of previous renters check list to see if this dent was noted. Also, we are waiting to get the repair estimate to determine if it is truly $1,000

The staff at this location are great! I have rented numerous times and have never been unhappy with them.

Excellent service. South location staff are very friendly , manager Tanvir called us next day to make sure we like the car (free upgrade) they run short on small vehicles and offered a bigger car at no charge.

Reservation confirmation numbers means nothing to this company. Made a reservation 3 days ago for today Sunday 3:00 pm. We drove in from out of town got there around 2 pm, and we were told they had no vehicles. No apology, just was told that they double booked and we don't have any vehicles. No offer to find a vehicle for us at another location. Worst service treatment I have ever seen for a car rental company. We will never use or recommend them again.

Parents made a reservation 1 week prior to needing a vehicle. Less than 24 hour notice they cancelled reservation due to "not enough vehicles" Thanks Discount!
