I paid $645 for $50 cable. Warning it extreamly expensive over charge.

Way to expensive for their services!! Don’t use them! I paid almost 500 dollars to have them simply re string a cable for my door. Really regret calling them.

Great Service! Called in the afternoon because my garage door would not come down. They had a repair man out within two hours and had the problem fixed right away. I was able to make an appointment I had been waiting for that same day because of the fast service. The repair man was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Thanks!

I called for a quote for a new door. Tech came to the house. 10 minutes later he handed me a quote for twice the price as 2 competitors selling similar product (I did the product research). Then he told me I would be charged 131.25 for the quote. I told him I was not advised that there would be a charge. He said it happens all the time. 1 week later I received a bill in the mail. I called the office and they told me that the BBB said it was my responsibility to ask if there was a charge.

My door was stuck...

My door was stuck open on Sunday evening. Called Door Surgeon and had a repair man out within the hour. Got the door down and even tweaked a few things / replaced a couple parts and got everything working again. I called two other places before these guys and never got a call back in response to my messages. It is now almost Wednesday. Thanks guys!

I booked a service call from 10-2 today, 3:15 pm I get a call and it's going to be another 30 mins. Not cool.
