Service?

We purchased new front and back doors from Gienow Renovations earlier this year. Within two months of them being installed we had issues with the insert frames popping off. Four months later we ware still waiting for the replacements. We have not had anyone from Gienow follow up with us, we have always had to initiate calls to find out what is happening. The first call, we found out the parts were not ordered, the second call the inserts were being sent for paint, should be ready in two weeks - four weeks later we still have not heard from them. While the sales person was really good - the service has been TERRIBLE!
