Kal Tire

Went to have my all-season exchanged for all-weather recently. Was told it would take up to one hour and a half and it was done in that time frame. Great service. Fair price. Will go there again.

Dropped my truck off for a front tire repair. Getting my truck back I drove around to get the kilometres required for the retorque. On the drive discovered my key for my locking lug nuts was not placed back in my vehicle. Returning to KalTire I was informed that they could not find the key. It cost me over $140 to have the old ones cut off and new ones installed, all I was offered was an instore credit for the receipt amount. Why would I want a credit when I shouldn't have had to pay to fix it!

I want to add my voice to the positive reviews of this location. Five different members of my family have this location as their go-to service location. Service has always been excellent and prices competitive with other service centres. I recommend this place.

I recently went to the Ellerslie location and had the worst customer service of my life from the manager. I booked an appointment to swap my winters for my summers. He was disgustingly rude, rolled his eyes at me and would laugh at his computer screen when I was explaing something to him. If I had more room to explain it all. I would. I will never spend my money at Kaltire again.

This place is terrible I would recommend anywhere but here, I went in to get an alignment done and was told I needed new struts and new camber boots, took it to the dealer and was told struts were fine and that my model doesn’t have camber bolts, so I would say obviously they have no clue! But they sure charged me almost 2bills as they tried to adjust my camber be where unable to, alignment was fine too! That’s the last 200$ any Kal tire will get from me

Excellent customer service! Matt and his team are knowledgeable, friendly and awesome to deal with. Highly recommend Kal-Tire and this particular location.

Horrible service and rude staff

Absolutely horrible service in so many ways! I made an appointment and was told it would only take 3-4 hours for my winter tires to be put on... 7 hours later and having to call them myself they said it was done. Only they put different/ more expensive ones on my vehicle than what I had asked for. They did not call or ask permission to do this and tried to charge me the full price and argued with me and were very rude when I tried ask them why no one called me and to say they couldnt do that.

Assistant manager...

Assistant manager is knowledgeable and willing to do the work I asked. Unfortunately who ever lowered the spare tire and got the kit out didn't replace things properly and severely scratched and gauged my custom painted bumper. Also if you have matching valve stems they don't pay attention to replace the same ones. In summary, I would say go here but if you do I would emphasize that if any damages incurred are at their expense to fix. Or stand over them while they do the work.

Took my vehicle h...

Took my vehicle here to get a leaking tire fixed. Told them it was front left. When I went to go get my vehicle (7 hours later as I didn't have an appointment) I noticed they had to front right tire off. Not only did they have the wrong tire off they also put a huge scratch in my brand new rim. After having to wait a week to get my rim sent away and fixed by Kal tire, they said it would be back that evening. It wasn't ready until the next day and then I even had to wait 45 mins for them to put it on. Never recommend going here.
